The 10 Most Expensive Luxury Penthouses

#9: Clermont Residence, Singapore – $47 million

The Clermont Residence penthouse is not a done deal yet, with an expected completion date of 2016. But that hasn’t stopped it from already being listed for $47 million.

The penthouse will offer stunning panoramic views of the island, and will total approximately 4,500 square feet.

Amenities include an indoor lap pool, an outdoor pool deck, a gymnasium with a sky roof, an extensive barbecue area, and of course, a personal movie theater.

As of now, the penthouse remains unsold, so feel free to toss your hat into the ring if buying a $47 million penthouse is one of your New Year’s resolutions for 2015!

#8: 56 Leonard, New York, USA – $47 million

A 60-story building in downtown Manhattan, 56 Leonard is the home to 156 luxury residences – but none are as opulent as the building’s ridiculous penthouse.

This $47 million sky-scraping home features an indoor lap pool,  a top-of-the-line wood-burning fireplace, a private gym, an elevator, and decadent floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which allow unimpeded views of the New York skyline.

If you wish to live in the canopy of New York City’s concrete jungle, you can’t find a spot much nicer than 56 Leonard.

While 56 Leonard’s penthouse is nothing short of elite, New York City has several more entries on this list, making it the unofficial capital of absurdly nice penthouses.
