#7: One57 Penthouse, New York, USA – $90 million

With an insane 10,920 square foot layout, the penthouse at One57 in New York City is a veritable mansion, located at 90 stories above the city.

The One57 has the benefit of overlooking the world-famous Central Park, which is easily visible through the unit’s many floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

With six bedrooms, the penthouse here is bigger than the vast majority of houses in America, and certainly much nicer.

This penthouse features a glass-enclosed garden and swimming pool, for the ultimate relaxation while taking in panoramic views of the city.

Apparently the company behind One57 was feeling very generous, though, because although the penthouse was originally listed at $110 million, the unit was sold to a hedge fund manager for the paltry sum of $90 million.

Go figure.

#6: South Bank Tower, London, UK – $90 million

The newly-renovated South Bank Tower in London is home to this fantastic penthouse, which takes up the top three floors of this 41-story building, and also comes with a value of $90 million.

London is the New York City of Europe, insofar as the prices of apartments and flats anywhere near the city are incredibly expensive.

The unmatched vistas from this penthouse include lines of sight to St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge, and the House of Parliament.

In addition to the spectacular views, the penthouse at the South Bank Tower features top-of-the-line amenities, including two rooftop terraces.

As of now, the residence remains on the market.

Get while the getting is good, if you happen to have $90 million that you’re looking to invest in a stunning property.
