#9: Lana Marks Cleopatra Clutch – $100,000

Lana Marks is a designer whose creations have swung on the arms of a who’s-who of Hollywood stars, including Angelina Jolie and Charlize Theron.

However, none of the elite designer’s bags have caused more of a stir than her Cleopatra Clutch, which was unveiled in 2012 at the Academy Awards.

This $100k makeup transporter is made out of some of the world’s finest leather, and encrusted with hundreds of diamonds.

The bag’s frame is comprised of 18-karat white gold, and each one of these limited edition beauties is hand-signed and numbered by Miss Marks herself.

These bags are very rare, as not a whole lot were produced, but if you have $100,000 you might be able to add one to your collection.

#8: Hermes Matte Crocodile Birkin Bag – $120,000

For $20,000 more than the last entry, you could try to purchase the Hermes Matte Crocodile Birkin Bag, one of many Hermes bags included in this list of the world’s most expensive.

Crocodile skin isn’t exactly a cheap material, and very few items made of authentic crocodile skin are produced each year, driving the price of goods produced with the reptile hide way up.

But as you probably expected, it’s not just the crocodile skin that makes this bag cost $120k.

The Hermes Matte Crocodile Birkin Bag also features a 30-centimeter clasp that is coated in (what else?) a whole bunch of diamonds.

10 carats of white diamonds, plus one of the more rare materials in the world, makes this bag one of the nicest in the world.
